Nowadays the completely renovated building situated on the western side of the Island of Elba near Rio Marina offers 12 comfortable and quiet apartments on the hillside above the sea, away from the chaos of the town..
The apartments
The 6 one-room apartments, 4 two-room apartments and 2 three-roo m apartments all have sea views. They have all been furnished with particular care to detail and offer the client air-conditioning, heating, television and a very large, comfortable bathroom.
