Guided tours by train
The educational aim of this short trip aboard the characteristic
train is oriented to learning the basic history of iron
mines and the geo-mineralogical value of this side of the island of Elba.
The train departs from the town but after just a few hundred metres the tarmac
gives way to the red earth of the mining roads taking you on an unforgettable
journey through the most important mining sites in this land of iron.
